Registration & Payment Policy
All conference registrations must be completed online through the official conference website. Payment is required at the time of registration via credit card through our secure Stripe payment processor.
In-Person Registration Fees
- ENA Member Rate: $125 — Current ENA membership required at time of registration.
- Non-Member Rate: $150 — Open to all emergency nursing professionals.
- Student Rate: $40 — Valid student ID required; verification may be requested.
- Emergency Medicine Rate: $125 — For Fire, EMS, etc.
Virtual Live Stream Registration Fees
- Virtual Live Stream (All Professional Categories): $100 — Includes live access to all keynote sessions and digital course materials.
- Virtual Live Stream (Nursing Student): $25 — Includes live access to all keynote sessions and digital course materials.
Virtual attendees receive live access to all keynote sessions and comprehensive digital course materials for the duration of the conference.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 60 days before the conference: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
- 30–60 days before the conference: 50% refund of registration fee.
- Less than 30 days before the conference: No refund. Registration may be transferred to another attendee at no charge.
- No-shows: No refund will be issued for registered attendees who do not attend.
To request a cancellation or transfer, please email [email protected] with your name, registration confirmation number, and reason for cancellation.
Code of Conduct
The Southwest Emergency Nursing Conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology choices.
We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Photography & Recording Policy
By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for use in conference promotional materials, social media, and publications. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify conference staff at the registration desk. Photography and recording of sessions by attendees is permitted for personal use only and must not interfere with the session or other attendees. Commercial use of any recordings requires written permission from the conference organizers.
Continuing Education Policy
Continuing education credits are available for eligible sessions. To receive CE credit:
- Attendees must sign in and out of each session for which they wish to receive credit.
- CE certificates will be distributed at the closing ceremony for attendees who have completed session sign-in sheets.
- Electronic CE certificates will be emailed within 2 weeks of the conference.
- CE credits are subject to the accreditation requirements of the issuing body.
Health & Safety Policy
The health and safety of all attendees is our top priority. We reserve the right to implement health and safety protocols as required by local, state, or federal guidelines at the time of the conference. Any specific health requirements will be communicated to registered attendees in advance.
Liability Disclaimer
The Southwest Emergency Nursing Conference, NM ENA State Council, and Staked Plains Chapter TX are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the conference. Attendees participate at their own risk. The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, or schedule as necessary.
